Baseball

Goal: score as many points as possible during 9 consecutive innings and hunt for Home Run and Grand Slam bonuses.

The game consists of 9 rounds, each representing one inning. In each inning, you have 3 darts at the currently indicated sector.

The targets are:

11 → 14 → 17 → 20 → 18 → 15 → 12 → 16 → 19

Each successful hit on the current sector scores points depending on the multiplier:

  • Single = 1 point,
  • Double = 2 points,
  • Treble = 3 points.

Home Run: if you hit two Trebles and also hit the required sector with the third dart in one round, you receive an additional +10 points.

The third hit can be a Single, Double or Treble. However, if all three darts hit Treble, you receive the larger Grand Slam bonus instead of the Home Run bonus.

Grand Slam: hitting 3 × Treble on the current sector in one round gives an additional +20 points. The Grand Slam bonus replaces the Home Run bonus – the bonuses do not stack.

Example:

  • Treble + Treble + Single = 7 pts + 10 bonus = 17 pts,
  • Treble + Treble + Double = 8 pts + 10 bonus = 18 pts,
  • Treble + Treble + Treble = 9 pts + 20 bonus = 29 pts.

Baseball rewards consistency on the current sector, quick adjustments between different areas of the board and consecutive Treble hits. Every inning gives you an opportunity to score regular points, but Home Runs and Grand Slams make the biggest difference to the final score.

The game ends after all 9 innings have been played. The maximum score requires a Grand Slam in every round.
