Goal: practice the most important Doubles under pressure and score increasingly more points for consecutive hits in the same round.
The game consists of 12 rounds. In each round, you have 3 darts at the exact Double indicated.
The targets are:
D20 → D16 → D18 → D10 → D12 → D8 → D14 → D6 → D4 → D2 → D19 → Double Bull
Round scoring: the value increases with the number of hits:
Each consecutive hit is worth more: the first gives 2 points, the second adds +4 points, and the third adds +8 points.
Trouble: if you fail to hit the indicated Double with any of your three darts, you lose 6 points.
Your total score cannot fall below 0 points.
Only the exact indicated Double counts. Hitting a Single, Treble, another Double, or missing completely does not count as a successful hit.
Double or Trouble rewards consecutive hits on the same Double. One hit is enough to avoid the penalty, but the highest scores require regularly hitting two or three darts in the same round.
The final round is played on the Double Bull. You achieve the maximum score by hitting all three darts in every round.
