Switch Pressure 20-19

Switch Pressure 20-19

Game objective: score as many points as possible while regularly switching between sectors 20 and 19.

The training consists of 12 rounds. In some rounds, all three darts are thrown at the same sector, while in others you must switch targets after every dart.

The training sequence repeats four types of rounds:

  • 20 – three darts at sector 20.
  • 19 – three darts at sector 19.
  • 20 → 19 → 20 – each dart has its own specified target.
  • 19 → 20 → 19 – the reverse switching sequence.

Each of these four patterns appears three times during the game, allowing you to see whether you can maintain your accuracy across repeated attempts.

Scoring: you score the actual value of the field you hit. In sector 20, a Single scores 20 points, a Double 40 points and a Treble 60 points. In sector 19, the values are 19, 38 and 57 points respectively.

In single-sector rounds, all hits in the current target number score points. In switching rounds, each dart must hit its assigned sector – either 20 or 19.

Hitting a different number or missing completely scores no points. Doubles and Trebles increase your score according to the actual value of the field hit.

Switch Pressure 20-19 trains quick target switching, control of two of the most important scoring sectors and maintaining accuracy after changing your aim. The 20 → 19 → 20 and 19 → 20 → 19 rounds are particularly important because you cannot settle into the rhythm of three identical throws.

The game ends after all 12 rounds have been completed. The more accurately you hit 20 and 19 and the more often you hit Doubles and Trebles, the higher your final score will be.
