These Terms apply to your use of the RankUpDarts website, application and related services.
By creating an account, accessing RankUpDarts or using the service, you agree to use RankUpDarts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the service.
Additional terms may apply to specific paid features, promotions or services where this is clearly indicated.
Certain RankUpDarts features require a registered user account.
An email address is required to create an account. You are responsible for providing an email address that you are authorised to use and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not intentionally provide access to your account to another person where this would circumvent account restrictions, usage limits, paid access rules or other RankUpDarts functionality.

RankUpDarts may provide a free version of the service with access to selected games, training features and other functionality.
The free version may be subject to usage limits. Current limits may include a maximum number of game sessions within a defined period and a maximum number of sessions for an individual game.
Current limits and available functionality are displayed within RankUpDarts where relevant.
We may reasonably modify the functionality or limits of the free service as RankUpDarts develops, provided that such changes do not affect rights already acquired in relation to a paid service.
RankUpDarts may offer paid Premium plans providing additional functionality, increased usage limits or other benefits described at the time of purchase.
The current price, billing period, included features and any recurring nature of a Premium plan will be presented before an order is placed.
Access to Premium functionality begins in accordance with the conditions presented during the purchase process.
Specific cancellation, renewal and refund rules applicable to paid services are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and in the information presented during checkout.
Payments for paid RankUpDarts services may be processed by an external payment provider such as Stripe.
The available payment methods, price, currency and billing conditions will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
RankUpDarts does not require users to provide payment card details directly to the RankUpDarts application database where payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider.
Additional terms of the payment provider may apply to the payment processing service.
RankUpDarts may provide vouchers, promotional codes, complimentary access or other forms of temporary or promotional entitlement.
A voucher may be subject to an expiry date, usage limit, account restriction or other conditions communicated together with the voucher.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold.
We may reject or deactivate vouchers obtained or used through fraud, technical manipulation, unauthorised distribution or other abuse.
RankUpDarts provides digital tools intended to support darts practice, training, entertainment and performance analysis.
Game rules, scoring methods, training targets, difficulty levels and other mechanics may vary between individual RankUpDarts games and training modes.
We may improve, rebalance, expand or otherwise modify games, training plans, scoring systems and other functionality as the service develops.
Where a change materially affects a paid service already purchased by a user, applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
RankUpDarts may record game results and other application data in order to provide statistics, progress tracking, training recommendations, rankings and related functionality.
Statistics and performance indicators are generated using the information available to the application and are intended as training and informational tools.
They should not be treated as a guarantee of future sporting performance or competitive results.
Algorithms, scoring methods, performance levels and analytical models may be adjusted as RankUpDarts develops.
Certain games or activities may contribute to RankUpDarts rankings, leaderboards, challenges or other competitive features.
Ranking rules, eligible games, calculation periods, score selection methods and other ranking conditions may be defined by RankUpDarts and may change as the competitive system develops.
Users must submit genuine results generated through legitimate use of the application.
Attempts to manipulate rankings, artificially generate results, exploit software errors, automate illegitimate activity or otherwise obtain an unfair competitive advantage are prohibited.
We may remove invalid or suspicious results from rankings where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the ranking has been compromised.
RankUpDarts may use simulated or automated Virtual Players to populate certain games, rankings, challenges or competitive features.
Virtual Players are not real human users. Their results may be generated automatically according to predefined performance characteristics and game rules.
Virtual Players may be used to make rankings and competitive features useful even when the number of active human players is limited.
RankUpDarts may modify, add or remove Virtual Players and adjust their simulated performance characteristics.
RankUpDarts may provide training plans, recommendations, performance assessments, coaching information or similar automated guidance based on application data.
These features are intended to support darts practice and should be treated as general training guidance rather than professional medical, psychological or healthcare advice.
Individual results may vary and RankUpDarts does not guarantee that following a training plan or recommendation will produce a particular sporting result.
Darts involves the use of pointed objects and requires appropriate care and a safe playing environment.
You are responsible for using appropriate equipment safely, maintaining a safe throwing area and ensuring that other persons and animals remain outside the throwing path.
Training features, including features relating to pressure, confidence, routines or difficulties experienced during darts practice, are designed as sporting and recreational tools.
RankUpDarts does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or other healthcare services. If you have a medical or psychological concern, you should seek appropriate professional advice.
You must use RankUpDarts lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the service.
In particular, you must not:
RankUpDarts and its original software, source code, application logic, user interface, design, branding, game concepts and implementations, written content, graphics, audio, databases and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws or are used under appropriate licences.
Some materials used by RankUpDarts may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools or obtained from third-party providers under licences permitting their use.
Except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit protected RankUpDarts materials.
Using the service does not transfer ownership of RankUpDarts intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, RankUpDarts grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose.
This right does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the RankUpDarts software or protected content unless separately authorised.

Changes may be made for technical, security, legal, product-development or usability reasons.
Any mandatory rights that users have in relation to paid digital services remain unaffected.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to an account where this is reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse, prevent fraud, address a security risk or respond to a serious violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, the user may be informed of the reason for the restriction and given an opportunity to clarify the situation.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access to the service, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to paid services.
You may stop using RankUpDarts at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting info@rankupdarts.com.
Deletion of an account does not automatically create a right to a refund for a paid service. Any applicable refund or cancellation rights are determined by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legal claims.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
RankUpDarts is intended as a darts training, recreational and performance-analysis service. We do not guarantee particular sporting results, ranking positions, improvement rates or competitive outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service, unsafe use of darts equipment, unauthorised account access resulting from a user failing to protect their credentials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
RankUpDarts may use or integrate services provided by third parties, including hosting, payment, analytics, communication, media or infrastructure providers.
Some third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Where a third-party service is optional or requires user consent, the relevant consent mechanisms will be applied where required.

These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law and cannot be excluded by contract.
